Sounds like good legislation.
I don’t understand how they can do this operation against a legal business such as a gun dealer.
I can understand going after illegal drug operators who are laundering money.
But I can’t see how this sort of thing can be legal when going against a legally operating business.

It is called Tyranny! Holder & his cronies see themselves as the law; therefore, they can do whatever they want to do simply by desiring it.

I don’t believe it is legal and certainly not ethical but whose going to try to stop them? The new law, IF it we’re to be passed, could still be ignored by the administration and courts and the banks would still cave. I do appreciate Rubio attempting to fix this but he’s still got a lot of fence to mend. I believe we’re more in need of a new administration than a new law.
Fighting to maintain our Liberty/Freedom is a 24/7 job. Thank you Marco Rubio!![snip] (In Hawkins, Wisconsin, for instance, a bank was just recently pressured to deny credit to the local gun dealer for the purpose of shutting its doors. (And, incidentally, AG candidate Loretta Lynch lied to Vitter and Mike Lee about knowing nothing substantial about Choke Point, even when warned she would be asked about it.)
