It’s beyond belief that the Obama administration has asked the federal officers tasked with this important duty to turn the other way when they encounter a drunk driver.
WRONG!!!! It is TOTALLY EXPECTED that he would proffer some such disgusting rule which puts America and Americans at risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suppose if Arizona LEOs can’t enforce federal laws, federal LEOs can’t enforce state laws.

In the 1970s I would be making Black Russians, as the Border Patrol would search my car, they had zero interest in state law and about twice a week there I would be with my bag of ice and making drinks, the entire time and not once did anyone seem interested the drinking.
How does everyone think that Americans could go across the border for wild, hardcore partying, yet go through the check points coming back in the same night, at 3 and 4 in the morning?

I just heard one BP agent here on the radio. He said they will arrest every drunk illegal they can get their hands on. We shall see.
