Minsk 2A settled nothing. Every one is waiting for the next round of fighting.
The Donbass is independent in all but name. Any one who thinks Ukraine will be reunified is delusional.
Maybe.. I pray not. I think this Minsk agreement is a huge failure for the West - the last chance to stop him is now past. He managed to postpone indefinitely the provision of arms to Ukraine while he will now accelerate the flow of all kinds of equipment into Ukraine.
