I think they picked their guy.I was watching CNN this morning ( I’m a spy behind the lines) and they were bemoaning John Stewart was leaving, especially since he was at the top of his game. And there was no one else who could puyt down Fox News and conservatives as well as he could. And what would the young people do who do not watch mainstream news go for their news and commentary.Then they went on to speculate what he would doing, like going back to acting or something.
And then they started talking about who would be a good replacement for Brian Williams. They mentioned Tina Fey (barf) and Amy Poehler.
Then one guy said, Brian Williams.
There you go. They can’t tell the difference between a nightly news program and a Comedy Network Show.
