Nah, it’s mostly Shell that has it’s prices above $3.50 while 76, Mobil, Arco were below $2.50. The same idiot unions who control Shell refineries were the cause. Those figures I stated were 2 weeks going when the Shell station in downtown had the very same prices until today for 2 weeks straight while everyone is way down.
I also hear that refineries shut down some for maintenance activities, and also because they are starting to reformulate their gasoline for summer driving conditions.
