It's a charity. it's not like those effing thieves would do something illegal, as if they were bribed or anything.

It's been my opinion for years, that any public official that accepts a bribe die, slowly and screaming, in front of the country courthouse, contingent on good weather.

We would either have better government or smarter crooks.
