Maybe not pejorative, but certainly colloquial, informal, folksy and entirely inappropriate for the occasion coming from the leader of the free world. Wouldn’t you say?

I guess those guys breaking into the White House were “randomly” breaking and entering. And those good ole white boys back in the early part of the last century, with sheets over their heads, were out just “randomly” having themselves a good ole time. It wasn’t racism at all - just clean, random fun, huh, Obama?
