When you're a high profile member of the liberal media, it's the fact that you're a "showman" and have "gravitas" that causes you to misremember.

Everyone else who lies like Brian Williams is known as a pathological liar.

I think the penny dropped for me when Brian's excuse was he "misremembered" being shot down. Really? How many people who are shot out of the sky and live to tell about it forget about what happened? Second, is that even a word?

The end result for me is: I'm done with NBC news. I've been a loyal watcher since the Huntley-Brinkley Report days, but they've blown it. The fact that NBC didn't fire his ass within hours of finding this out just pulled the plug.
