So out of the blue Russia wants a nuclear war for no reason?

It's the 'crazy man' strategy that says crazy people get what they want...especially when they have nukes.

North Korea is not invading a European country on NATO’s borders though.

Also, if Putin is as nuts as kim jong il, then we need to go full speed to get him deposed.
