LOL - I’m being audited for the little known “Placenta Use Tax” as we speak.
Otherwise known as the “PUT” tax, as in “Please PUT me back in, this planet sucks,” this little known tax was developed in 1967 to fund federal government incentive programs for the powerful licorice whip lobby and industry.
So the next time you eat a Twizzler (a relatively new member of the licorice family), remember that you paid for it (or in my case, upon the poor advice of my womb accountant, did not) while you were still in your momma.
