Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Andrea Mitchell criticized President Barack Obama over his remarks at last weeks prayer breakfast saying, “You don’t use the word crusade.” “You don’t use the word crusades number one in any context right now,” Mitchell said. “It just it’s too fraught.

I’m sure that the bout of diarrhea of the mouth that Obama had at the prayer breakfast went over quite well with his leftist minions in their discussions before hand. They’re too clueless to even realize how disgusting and vile this premise is and didn’t realize the firestorm of criticism it would cause. They actually thought they were on to a good point. They’re just that stupid.
Don’t remind people that we historically fought back against jihadists.
The word “Crusade” is too honorable to be uttered by Obama. But surely that’s not Andrea Mitchell’s objection.
King Obama doesn’t give a shi! what he does. He is the acting dictator of America and is proving it. The GOP is dead now and probably never be worth a damn again. Too many of the Republicans forgot what the Constitution and our forefathers gave us.
Two more years of this? Things could get interesting.
I sure hope Mitchell’s taxes are all in order.....

He is no friend of the Christians in general, not just the Catholics.

Right now it looks like a “land rush” with 20+ candidates.
Because the 2014 elections were hopeful, the R as POTUS looks a lot more winnable than it did in 2012.

The Crusades were a RESPONSE to incursions of Islamic armies invading Europe, not the other way around. But once the fight is started, there has been no willingness on the part of the more militant elements of Islam to come to an understanding with the non-Muslim world.
Muslims suffered much more horribly under the Mongolian invasion of their lands in the 13th Century, even though some of the earlier invasions had resulted in conversion of some of the Khan leaders to Islam. Other members of the Khan Family decided that they could plunder these cities, and there was an internecine battle between cousins, resulting in the destruction of Baghdad in 1258, and a long war in the Caucasus Mountains.
And yet, we do not see the ISIS forces striking out to punish modern-day China.

At the time of most Crusades, it was long before Martin Luther, John Calvin, and King Henry VIII.
The Crusaders were the ancestors of nearly everyone on this FR blog. So our ancestors paid the price to defend Christendom with their blood. It was a reaction to atrocities committed in the name of Mohammed. Sound familiar? Obama insulted all of us.
Obama sounded like he was soused on alcohol when he gave that speech.

He probably loves the Catholics (small-”c” christians) since they overwhelmingly helped to put him in office.
He does, however, hate Christians. Always has; always will.
