Awww... Poor Frankie!
Gee whiz! Are you completely snowed in?
It’s 21° here right now, and it’s overcast, but there is no snow
predicted here for today. Just “cloudy and 26°” today and
“cloudy and 13°” tonight.
Dang! I wish I could take some of that snow from your place.
Bryan spent a lot of time yesterday clearing off the concrete
pad outside the garage. The driveway is another story. It’s a
very poorly constructed pea-gravel drive that we contracted
a local to install. What a wreck, but it’s better than the dirt
with a big hump in the middle that it used to be.
It is, however, covered in ice right now. Walking on it is a
bear and it will be until it gets snowed on again.
Fortunately, we have power, so Mr. T was able to clear part of the deck, the front steps and part of the path. It’s snowing very hard right now, though and the temperature is 16 degrees. Our driveway is mostly unpaved, but covered with gravel. We haven’t had this much snow on the ground since the mid-90s.
