What it has always been with every other tyrrany that has existed on earth - disarm to remove an opposing obstacle that stands in their way of achieving complete control over the herd they wish to fleece and enrich themselves withbeven further. Ironically after they disarm them they use the same types of weapons they removed from them to kill the dissenters first then the non-productive or useless next.
Comrade Bloomberg only wants what is best for hard working lower class people. The glories working class at the bottom need no guns, freedom or pot. Only party leaders should have money, guns, pot and rule over lower class in N.Y.
