This “humanist” group is the same group suing a northeast ga community b/c the “humanist” group doesn’t want prayers to be allowed at athletic gatherings. At all. Not by players acting on their own. Not at all. Not before a contest, not afterwards spontaneously by players. Nothing.
The suit alleges that some coach at a high school actually led a prayer. If that’s true I wouldn’t doubt it being that the culture here is that parents want religious values instilled in their kids and want them immersed in positive religious experiences. The one atheist is being used by the “humanist” group to use the suit to prevent any praying AT ALL even by the athletes on their own. One shouts down millions...
OK so the coach should not have led a prayer. Sue for that to stop - ok. But to try to stop ALL prayer by ANYONE is just as wrong or even more wrongerer....
I am also willing to bet that this “humanist” group’s activities are at least in part taxpayer funded.
