But if we are going to go we should go to win or at least destroy.

Only way to win is to be as bad as they are! the only way we beat the Nazis was to target they citizens and burn the cities. We burned Japans cities and blew up two cities with atomic weapons. MY Take:
1. declare war in IS.
2. Make allance with Putin and Assad
3. Set up an all vollunteer AEF to set things right
4. No nation building—just go in—and go out—let Assad rule the place.
5. Bring back a form of draft—draft illegals.
6. Ask Hollywood to make patriotic movies as in WW II.
7. War Bond Drives to pay for it.
8. Get ships out of mothballs to transport the AEF.
9. Have an accidental fire at Gitmo—sadly none of the prisoners survive the flames—a great tragedy.
