After the confab with Mitt Romney and Romney's decision to pull out, it is safe to say that Jeb Bush has been anointed by the powers that be in the Republican Establishment as the 2016 nominee for President of the United States.
This is just more confirmation of the sad state of Uniparty politics in this nation, where the illusion of two different parties with major difference is being exposed to the light of day.
Consider some of the big issues of today.
AMNESTY
When he announced executive amnesty Barack Obama, the reputed leftist, was helping the Chamber of Commerce-business elites import cheap labor into this county to hurt the "middle class working Americans" Obama claims to care about.
And then there's the Republicans, whose leaders want to bring about 'comprehensive immigration reform' with some fig leaf legislation about 'border security'. The GOP is bought and paid for by the business elites as well working for the same end as Obama by different means.
All this comes after an election cycle where the Republican propaganda machine railed against Obama's amnesty. Now after the election they are committed to doing the same thing as Obama.
OBAMA FAKES A LIBERAL MESSAGE OF CARING ABOUT WORKING PEOPLE AND THE REPUBLICANS FAKE A CONSERVATIVE MESSAGE OF OPPOSING AMNESTY.
Now lets consider another big issue.
OBAMACARE
The reason for 'health care reform' in this nation is fairly simple.
Health insurance companies and hospitals were having their coffers emptied by high costs and non-payment of bills.
Mitt Romney, who "reformed" health care in Massachusetts made this clear when he campaigned for president in 2012 speaking of "freeloaders" in the system.
Barack Obama crafted a bill with the help of the same folks (like Gruber) that helped Romney in Massachusetts do his favor to the insurance hospital pharama special interests. To distract liberals from the 'bailout plan' for business interests, Obama inserted progressive bells and whistles into Obamacare. You get your children covered till they're 26 years old, abortion, birth control etc. etc.
And the Republicans attacked some of the progressive bells and whistles like new taxes and forcing religious groups to pay for abortion coverage and so on. The GOP railed against Obamacare and how awful it was and it helped them win some elections.
But the Republican plan as exemplified by this week's House vote is to repeal Obamacare and create their own version of it. A little more business friendly, a better marketplace for health insurance etc. etc. The Republican plan is to turn it into Romneycare and keep the mandate forcing people to buy health insurance pumping more money into private insurance companies and big hospitals helping their bottom line.
Expanded Medicaid in Obamacare approved by many Republican governors means more money for private insurance companies that contract to provide Medicaid.
Another way government power is used to improve the bottom line of special interests like insurance companies, hospital groups and pharma are the "death panels".
Death panel decisions mean less expenses for the special interest groups that are invested in Obamacare.
What of the Bushes that came before Jeb.
George H.W. Bush said 'read my lips, no new taxes' when he spoke to the GOP convention in 1988.
Then after he was elected Bush 41 went ahead and cut a deal with Democrats to raise taxes.
Another conservative act Bush put on was commenting during the 1988 campaign that he was not a "card carrying member of the ACLU." That was emotional posturing all the way.
Bush 41 ran as the "Pro Choice" alternative to Reagan in 1980 but then adopted Reagan's Pro Life" position as his VP and as President.
In 1992 I was sent a paper picturing George H.W. Bush and his wife Barbara with their signatures proclaiming themselves "Pro Life" with the election a month away.
After Bush 41 lost to Bill Clinton, he and Barbara appeared on CNN with Larry King.
Here they both said they believed in a "woman's right to choose".
More trickery and deceit. After this the Bushes went silent on abortion as their sons entered the political arena.
A limited police action war to protect world order was waged in and around Kuwait. Saddam Hussein was allowed to remain in power at this point.
The problem of "wars" that the United States has fought since Korea in the early 1950's is that they have been essentially police actions fought under international law with rules of engagement.
When Afghanistan and Iraq were invaded international forces ended up occupying the countries. For instance, the military force that United States troops were part of in Afghanistan had the name "International Security and Assistance Force". ISAF was authorized by the United Nations.
Don Rumsfeld said the war we got ourselves into after 9/11 was not being fought like World War II. How right he is.
General Douglas MacArthur told Congress after President Harry Truman fired him for wanting an actual military victory in Korea (that would have made the world a better place today) 'in war there is no substitute for victory'.
Bush 43 genuflected to nations like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in the aftermath of 9/11. Saudis including Bin Laden relatives were flown home from the US.
In the movie "Patton" there is a scene where Patton tells a soldier he's "going to Berlin to personally shoot the paper hanging SOB" (Adolf Hitler)
After 9/11 millions of Americans should have been uniformed to and sent to deal with SOB's in nations whose people and policies helped to make the terrorist attacks happen.
They weren't and more limited police wars were launched instead.
Besides hijacking our patriotism after 9/11 to police the world for the New World Order instead of winning a war for the American people, George W. Bush also advanced liberalism by using the police wars as a distraction for conservative grassroots Americans.
The distraction covered the expansion of government power with establishment of the TSA, revving up the NSA data collection, Campaign Finance Reform (overturned by the Supreme Court), No Child Left Behind with its unrealistic promises of 100 percent math and reading proficiency in 10 years, Medicare Part D, TARP bailout for the banking industry, Chief Justice John Roberts who ruled in favor of Obamacare etc. etc. etc.
Now we are supposed to accept another Bush in the White House.
You can count me out 100 percent because I know conservative talk to win elections is always followed by liberal actions when you elect a Bush to the White House.
Bushes will only help move this nation in the wrong direction and closer to its doom......
Ted Cruz can do that, Rand Paul is capable if he is willing to change, Sarah Palin has been willing to do it from time to time as well.
Scott Walker isn't doing that IMHO. He's the competent manager of an historically liberal state whose budget is bloated at 68 billion dollars a year.
Pennsylvania is twice the size of Wisconsin and doesn't even spend half that much in its annual budget.
If its Jeb vs. Hillary!, I honestly will consider voting for Hillary.
The Bush family is owned by Saudis. Do americans really want another Saudi president?
I think you are on to something.
The “Conservative” PM Cameron lowered the Union Jack to half staff for the death of the Saudi king the other week over in the UK.
There’s Saudi bucks flowing into our businesses and non-profit institutions and I figure the politicians, too.
We will need a Nigel Farage at that point to hit both parties and lead the liberals and conservatives who have been fooled by the lying liberal and conservative rhetoric of the D and R politicians out of the Uniparty system.
The big parties are machines fed money by special interests to do their bidding in the end, not to enact sincere liberal or conservative policies.
Governor Sarah Palin worked against the GOP machine in Alaska by working with the Democrats in the legislature.
We need no more Bush family members in charge, there seems to be too many associated parasites and these guys seem far too generous with other people’s lives and stuff. We also don’t need somebody who surrounds himself with corruption like Walker. Paul is a disaster. These men all have their place, they just aren’t in it.
Cruz strikes me as a Thomas Paine type of person who is being severely under utilized. He is personable and sensible and should go to the people directly.
Perry is the competent manager in the bunch, but he’s being felled by a legal case that to my mind is a badge of courage more than anything else.
We don’t need one superman, we need to stop sticking around pegs into square holes and build a team of individuals based on their talents.
I like that analogy!

If Jeb spouting all this insane stuff can still get himself the GOP nomination they we all need to agree the US has officially gone past the ballot box.
