So it’s been said— but is THAT true? I think not, since Walker with AFSCME, SEIU and govt. employees unions of other acronyms- like teachers AFT etc. No anti-union governor would be for immigration amnesty. The unions support amnesty.
So, keep repeating the opposition talking points within the coming repub primary. It really helps a true conservative get trounced.
Walker fought unions— lots of them. He is not pro amnesty, and he has actually accomplished what Coulter’s lover boy Christie has only blustered about— and did it in a state that STARTED the statist govt. union movement many years ago. It’s dead in Wisconsin, and in Milwaukee in particular.
“The unions support amnesty.”
So does the Chamber of Commerce.
Define amnesty because according to Walker’s past statements he supports a “pathway to citizenship”. There already is a pathway to citizenship. It’s called legal immigration.
Until Walker defines “amnesty”, “pathway to citizenship” and “securing the borders” we really have no idea what his policies mean. These terms mean different things to different people.
When asked in an interview if he could envision citizenship after someone has paid fines etc., his reply was “Sure.”
I personally don’t know anything about Walker. I got my info about him from Mark Levin, who doesn’t give out opposition talking points. He played an audio in which he (Walker) was asked about immigration matters, he danced around the subject in an incoherent fashion. Nothing definite. Now, the man is not incoherent at all, so why, at this stage, does he want to make out that he has not made up his mind? Or that he himself will issue talking points on immigration at a later date?
