The child of a mating between a lesbian and a nancy boy would have gay parents. These things do happen on occasion. If the liz wants a baby, and many do, but cannot countenance a masculine man then she gets a fag for her partner of the moment. Or the father can be via turkey baster and the mother a liz. That is done. Yes, children can have two gay parents. I am sure they all grow up psychologically well adjusted, right? huh?

How do gay parents have children? From a previous heterosexual relationship.
Through sperm donors.
Through surrogates.
Through adoption - both through normal channels and of relatives (nephews, nieces, for example) who need a home.
It's not any different than heterosexual couples who cannot create their own biological child. In all cases you have either a same sex couple or a heterosexual couple raising a child to whom only one parent may be biologically related.
