Oddly enough the pilot’s father and the Jordanian antiwar movement have been saying something along the lines of it being a war between the US and ISIS that Jordan should stay out of because “it isn’t their fight.”

Others say “the US and its allies are cowards using Jordanian blood to fight,” etc., etc.
