You can see that the left or #1 engine is at idle power [the propeller may be feathered hard to see) - the pilot got too slow, this is a classic Vmc roll

The torque on the operating engine rolled the plane over

The only recovery is to reduce power on the good engine but the buildings made that tough, he might have been able to maneuver to his left but not sure if there are any obstacles over there. That aircraft will fly easily on one engine.

Sure wasn’t any lift at the end. Flightradar24 said that this plane was in the air for three (3) minutes and a quick glance at the graph last night showed it got up to 1000 feet. What happened in the last minute or so? The dash cam of course only shows 10 secs or less (the far away dash).
