Exactly one year after the previous Putin-puppet government passed a law making it okay to shoot protesters, the new government passed a law waiving immunity for lawmakers.

Oh please, you’re just choosing to ignore what these Russian Cossacks nutballs are saying, which is, all the enemies in Ukraine are Jews. Poroshenko - “real name” Walzman, a Jew, so is Yatseniuk and Tymoshenko, Klitschko likely too. Jews want to kill mother Russia, it’s the Jews who made “brothers” Russians and Ukrainians enemies, etc.
It doesn’t help that almost all prominent Ukrainian Jews took the pro-Ukrainian side. Number One Enemy is Kolomoisky and the Dnipropetrovsk team, if it wasn’t for them, Russians could’ve been in Odesa by now. I would rename the city and oblast for him just for that. Groisman is speaker of the parliament. And in Russia, the biggest “national traitors” (the term brought back by Putin) are Makarevich and Shenderovich, Jews.
That’s Russian antisemitism. On the Ukrainian antisemite side, what you have are ramblings of fringe parties who haven’t even made it into the parliament. They’ve been told to stfu because they’re embarrassing the rest of Ukrainians.
Whatever Jews there were in Donbas (not many) already left the region for Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro. In all, if I recall correctly, the Russian fighters killed one Jew in Donbas, they demanded money from him and didn’t know he was Jewish.

Hmmm. Ok. The problem is a person talking born in Ukraine, his lastname and appearance are positively Ukrainian too.
My problem with the “everybody has issues” argument:
- it’s impossible to argue against it because it’s the truth. Everybody has issues, everybody is a sinner. In that case, nobody holds a high moral ground and we can’t ever criticize anyone else. A shoplifter is on the same level as a murderer, and maniacs in Iran/North Korean can say they’re same as everybody else. So let’s agree there are degrees of wrong.
In the present case, you’re equating unpopular fringe Ukrainian groups vs. Russian commanders who control significant territories (3-4 million people). And it’s not just these two commanders, other Russian leaders also spoke in those terms, Kozitsyn and Dremov.
It’s not a valid comparison.
Same goes for the lies in the media. Everybody lies, but when Russians air stories on their main channels about Ukrainian soldiers crucifying 2 year olds, or the reasons why they’re fighting - Ukr soldiers have been promised 2 slaves and piece of land after the war - what the hell?? How can that be explained away by “everybody lies”?
Last names don’t mean anything this day. TurchynOV of the Kyiv junta was the interim Ukrainian president.
Looking at what DNR stands for, and the Russian nationalists that support him, Zakharchenko probably denies existence of Ukrainian nationality.
