So I guess Ted Cruz is the only republican who can see that most americans can’t afford to pay for Obamacare.

Wow, totally awesome and it already has 44 sponsors. Where’s the rest of the GOP?

Make Obama veto it. Make the Dems vote against it. Bury this Party of Ruin into the next century.

Great news- should inspire all constitutional conservatives. Proves a truth- The Gop-e elite has neither loyalty or principle– it is wholly malleable- it’s sole interest is to maintain its power. Here then, we see it is not committed to inexorable socialism, so long as it can be convinced that its continued power resides instead in free markets and the constitution.

Senator Cruz has just demonstrated that the statist herd can be re-directed— that’s seismic. There is hope.

I cannot understand why Ted was not even mentioned in the last Iowa poll. When he tied for first after Steven King’s Conservative weekend bask? Who makes up the list of so-called candidates, anyway?

I hope Cruz runs. I like Mike Pence, as well. A wonderful man with a lot of depth, not to mention good character.

Ted Cruz is a remarkable man.
He reminds me of the joke about the two vultures sitting on the fence waiting for something to die so they could eat.
The Ted Cruz vulture finally tells the other vulture he’s through waiting, he’s hungry and is going to go down to the pasture and kill something.

It’s just so past time for someone in the Congress to do SOMETHING besides sitting around and picking at the scab over this festering sore we call the Federal Government.

This is the plan most of us thought would be introduced — actually long ago. Yes!

"We must send this bill to the president’s desk," Cruz adds. "If he vetoes it, the GOP Congress should pass bill after bill to stop Obamacare. Each will have broad support among the American people, and Democrats in both chambers will be hard-pressed not to support them. The President will be faced with a clear choice: either listen to the American people, who have never supported this law, or ignore them, and ignore the disastrous harms to millions of families, young people, and the most vulnerable among us."
Cruz gets it.

"Timid" cry baby congress critters won't send a bill along if Obama threatens to veto it.

So what? Get in his face and make him say NO NO NO...turn it around on them is the ticket, the dems are the party of NO!

It will eventually show that some in congress have some guts and are not intimidated by veto talk.

There are probably still several hundred bills now on McConnell's desk in the senate that Reid would not let the senate vote on, send them along too!

Enough with dictators in congress and the white house, let the people be heard!

Boehner over the weekend on TV said the republicans do NOT have an alternative to Obamacare.

Not true at all many have been proposed, he's a left leaning capitulator afraid of Obama.

Absent repeal of 12,700+ pages of (law & regs & more law & regs) TOTALITARIANCARE each member of CONgre$$ should have XXX pages shoved up their rear until it comes out the other end and they choke on it. USSC (United States Socialist Cons) can have some, too. The IRS (Internal Revenue for Socialists), too. Socialists FORCE tax, spend, subjugate, kill methods on the citizens of a “free” republic.

The game is on. Watch it.

Who are the Republicans that are not supporting it right now? Seems to me we need to put some serious pressure on them.

In my opinion, this is where all of us conservatives should be putting our energy. I’m not talking about the details of Cruz’s plan, I’m talking about a vision. We’ve criticized all things Obama for years. I think that tack has reached it’s maximum level of effectiveness.

I’d love to see the GOP bring out a more conservative voice by becoming the party of good things, hope, belief, faith, strength, vision, advancement, personal achievement, etc.

IMHO, we need to really push the GOOD, the positives!

Dem negatives are out there and those who choose not to see them are going to continue to pretend not to see them, no matter how much we highlight the Dem failures.

I think Cruz is very able to articulate a clear Conservative vision and if we can start to repeat that, to build on that, then the Conservative train will be unstoppable! I sense that people are hungry for it!

Obamacare is unconstitutional, period.

Please don’t replace it with more government interference in the free market which interference in the late 60’s and 70’s is where the cost issues with health care began in the first place.

If you dig down deep enough in most market-related areas that have systematic problems, you’ll find government hiding and interfering, causing the problem. And we all know that once government, like a camel, gets its nose in the tent and begins screwing up a market area, their answer is ALWAYS MORE GOVERNMENT.

44 co-sponsors is interesting. The American people don’t want obamacare. That is shown over and over in polls. So even gutless RINOS should be able to get behind a populist push to kill obamacare. Obama won’t sign it. The only hope to override a veto is to cut some nefarious deal with dems and I don’t see that happening nor would we like such a deal.

The new MBS, Mort(Death) Gauge (Grip) of each body they are counting on.

They are counting on packaging and selling these “MBS” as securities.

Over 300+ million legal citizens don’t want their bodies as Mortgages, for the Exempt Ones and their so called “insurance” and “banking” crone Lobby.

Mort = Death

Gage = Grip

I hope they stay at repealing Obama Care. But the fact is that Civil Disobedience may kill Obama Care, especially when the IRS fines kick in.

People are going to learn to have nothing to do with Obama Care.
