Don’t you see that, even if it is true that the Keystone oil is destined to be MANUFACTURED into gasoline in United States refineries, creating great MANUFACTURING jobs, something every politician says they would like to see more of, and the finished product is then EXPORTED to another country, decreasing our trade deficit, which is another thing people say they would like to see more of in this country, increased EXPORTS.
