Hahaha, Rush on the ads guilt tripping the people. I had the same kind of feeling, but could not put my finger on what was bothering me. Not a single ad made me want to purchase their products. Instead, I was busy thinking of making a list of what NOT to buy....
“We came from the sea” - Check, no Carnival
“What can we do” - Dang, wish I could avoid microsoft
Even the Budweiser puppy felt like a gratiutous puppy dog spot....
Same thing with me, couldn’t figure it out. That Carnival one was extremely bad.
If my BF decides to name a star after me for Valentine’s Day, it’s over.
While we bask in the afterglow of “The Great Game” and dissect the game as though it was a real life “running Man” movie, Obama gives us a lecture on his proposed spending platform that will most certainly continue the downward spiral that is our economy, will insure that we cannot intervene in world affairs in time to keep the chaos at bay, and will offer bread and circuses to the masses.
Our republican leadership is absent from the national scene, recovering from the hangover of the television spectacle that keeps us dumb, stupid, and ill-informed.
Pass the cheese.
One more thing, Budweiser commercials have been bad ever since the new owners bought it.
