"Wilson is pretty clear on what he believes."

His aggressive actions and rants on the field and off are not what I consider acts of a Christian.

Claiming to be a Christian is one thing. Living your life as one is a whole different matter.

Sherman - yeah, I agree, not the “light” you want to show if a Christian. I was talking about Wilson.

My wife had an insight. A positive that we can parlay from this Superbowl is to teach kids about cheating. If one walks the walks and talks the talk, he won't be suspected of cheating. If, on the other hand, he bends the rules and is perverse, even his victories will be tainted.

The Texas A&M Aggies are a sterling example: their honor code is "Aggies do not lie, cheat, or steal, nor do they tolerate those who do so."

The Seahawks, who have four Aggies on their roster, are generally seen as walking the walk.

The Patriots, who have a track record for breaking rules, are the perfect contrast, making for an excellent illustration for children.

Once upon a time, a "Patriot" meant something. Would not John Adams have been utterly dismayed at the behavior of this football team? He would be beyond disappointed - infuriated even - to see what has become of his beloved New Englang, that Boston has become a cesspool of moral depravity.
