In this case, to me Muslim Heretics would be those who hold opinions contrary to the basics of the religion.
Those basics in Islam would be to: subjugate ,convert or kill anyone who does not believe there is only one God and Muhammed is his messenger.
And that the Koran and Hadiths set the way to follow Allah's wishes.

Order, peace, prosperity are secular Infidel worldly goals and not Muslim goals. - Tom
