Terror group Islamic State has released a new video which seems to show Japanese hostage Kenji Goto being beheaded by the militant fighter known as Jihadi John. The 1 minute and 7 second clip shows Mr Goto kneeling in a rocky gorge while the masked murderer delivers a scripted message to the camera. The killer then lowers his knife and the footage goes black, as is common in ISIS propaganda films. When the footage begins again Mr Goto's body is shown lying on the desert floor.

ISIS demanded 200 million dollars in ransom for the Japanese hostages. The hostages are now dead.
I would propose that Japan in response give 400 million in aid to the Kurds whom are fighting ISIS and also fighting for their own survival, 200 million in humanitarian aid and 200 million in high tech weaponry and low tech weaponry. Whatever the Kurds need.
In addition a 1 million dollar bounty on the low level ISIS leaders, 2 million dollar bounty on the heads of mid level ISIS leaders and 10 million on the top ten ISIS leaders, payable in gold at the bank of their choice, provided they deliver them dead. If they deliver them alive for questioning a 2 million dollar bonus for their efforts should be awarded on top of the bounty.
If they take another Japanese hostage the aid will double. That will get the attention of the evil bastards.

This guy Jihadi John was raised in Britain and speaks with a British accent, probably the son of immigrants from Pakistan or the Mideast. He’s obviously a sadist and must have been overjoyed that his religion gives him the ability to indulge in cold-blooded murder. Hopefully he gets the death he deserves, and not 10 years in a British jail.

The proper response is the immediate video recorded execution of any prisoners they were wanting released..........If it was cash only, then pick any two prisoners and kill them.
I don’t understand why they don’t show the beheading as well. I remember when Daniel Pearl was killed. They showed every second of the poor man having his head sawed off. I saw it. They cut the scene after that so they could arrange his body with his head laid next to it on a blanket. You may be correct. The men may already be dead. Daniel Pearl moved and bled while being beheaded. Disgusting.
