I agree with this synopsis of who said what..she definitely is the only one who has the power to say it and carry it out!
And yet some will completely ignore such circumstantial evidence staring them in the face, sniffing that "Well, there are no direct links proving she said it". These are the same kinds who, in the late 30s, said "Well, there's no direct evidence the Nazis are doing all those terrible things you claim."
