protocol would have been for the cop to cuff her when he had her down on her face. That one is hard to explain.

Someone got it.

Negligence, recklessness, gross negligence, criminal negligence, malfeasance etc, come to mind.

Appears the suspect was subdued multiple times, yet was never cuffed/secured. That's simple standard procedure. And then he gets off her allowing her to get up again. Big no no.

If common sense procedures were followed, this would have never escalated or resulted in her death. She would be alive today.

This cop screwed up real bad and likely will be out of a career.

Big time lawsuit to follow...

Well, if that is the case, and the investigation proves that to be true, then he will have to answer to that.

He isn’t going to be charged with murder or any other violation related to her shooting, however.
