I don’t know, but that is not a crime.

My guess would be that he did not see her weapon, i.e. it was concealed.

He’s going to have to answer that exact question though, so we will found out soon enough.

As far as the audio goes, I do not know, I also stopped watching after the shooting occurred, but I’ll watch the rest of it in a bit.

But now I am going to ask you, why did she charge a cop with a gun pointed at her?

That does not seem like a smart thing to do, and that most certainly is a crime.
