Should the one officer handled her better, maybe, but she pulled a long bladed serrated hunting knife that was hidden in her many layers of clothing and the taser was not working through her layers of clothes. The many loose and bulky layers made it hard to get a handle on her. They did not know she was armed and were trying to subdue her without hurting. After the knife was pulled all bets were off. She knew what she was doing.
