And I think he should continue as your state Chief Justice. But I don't see him on the Supreme Court. Take this article for example: "I refuse to enforce this federal court ruling legalizing gay marriage." What exactly does that mean? Does the Alabama Supreme Court issue marriage licenses? I don't think they do. So in point of fact Moore doesn't enforce anything. It's up to the local administrators to refuse to uphold the law and the question is if they or your state government will do it. Moore is out of the loop. And if they do refuse and someone sues, as someone is bound to do, then it'll probably be in federal court and not state so Moore won't be able to rule against gay marriage.
