Oh, I think the GOP-E would similarly backstab Cruz, like they would Palin. They would see those two as threats to their crony-esque system and power structure.
Walker? Not really. I think the GOP-E would be fine with Walker, because he’s not out-of-line with their Chamber-of-Commerce and K-Street lobbyist crowd. The elite donor class is fine with Walker’s union-battling, and even moreso, would love his wimpish statements on amnesty and homo-marriage. He’s the kind of Republican they can go for. For me, that’s the reason I’m wary of him.
