This is a state issue. The state of Texas could certainly disallow and shut down such a tribunal as contrary to the laws and Constitution of the state of Texas. They should do just that.

This is a state issue. Strange since Oklahoma passed a law outlawing Sharia in their courts and the Supremes ruled it unconstitutional.
