The policy, issued last year and effective as of Jan. 1, 2015, directs DMV investigators to overlook identity theft by applicants “who may have attempted to obtain or been issued a license or ID card previously through submission of false information.”

Another crime ignored. Sanctuary states and pols will do anything to make it easy to come here illegally

Several years ago one of the local LA TV Stations did an undercover expose of the DMV. They found DMV employees were selling official Driving licenses to customers that came in with a special bracelet that identified them as paid subscribers.
