I do know someone that manufactures computer chips for the FedGov that are used in the newer vehicles and they said that the chips will give them control over certain features, one being able to kill the engine and another to retrieve GPS information to determine its current location.

That kill the engine bit could be used to kill someone. Say they killed your engine on a freeway where everyone was going 75? That would likely be it. You’d be crashed into quite quickly. Very frightening.
