The Rightsiderocks article (original post) cites the Forbes article that you linked to. But the Forbes article is more than three years old.

If Rightsiderocks cannot find anything more recent about this ban, then there is nothing to worry about here.

If, however, Obama was talking about the ban just last week...well, that would be of great concern.
