When an incident like this occurs...it is in the best interests of all involved tomsit down with the Intelligence and Aviation section and gather reports, witness statements, and enemy TTPs ....because under any insurgent action...these incidents get clouded with politics and one must be prepared to defend his actions in the near or far future.

This is how the enemy wins...with division and confusion with a strong dose of politics!

If anyone want's to see this very same tactic in action, attend a school board meeting, especially if you have some one that asks questions:

"Uhhhh ... I notice the Cafeteria invoice has multiple entries to the US food service identified as "FOOD" ... can you explain to me WHICH food is $1,236.45 .. or THIS one for $2,977,85 ? ... I mean ... are they beans or carrots? ... or powdered gravy mix ... (crickets) ... or Snickers bars (massive uproar .. voices all mixed together .. "NO, no, we're not allowed to, no, we can't .. ((you get the picture)) ... )"

They basically stare at you and say they'll get back to you
