We never did find out if we are re-enrolled for this month -- keeping fingers crossed we stay healthy. We sent in the re-enrollment document last week of November. Did get a letter saying a new term starts Feb 1, but they also want birth certificates for my wife and kids again (not mine!), although the Washington Health Authority has had the documents since their inception years ago.
The dopes you get when you call the helpline at the Washington HealthPlanFinder (web site administration) know 1/10 as much as I do about their own topical area, which is not a good sign.
The people at the Washington Health Authority do seem knowledgeable, but they can do nothing about things that are under the web site's purview.

Good luck, Steve.
It’s so discouraging trying to deal with the government help desk environment.
I wrote you last night, around midnight, but the Free Republic website stalled out for a couple hours, and it wouldn’t post my Comment or even let me log in from a new page.
I start my application for Medicare next month.
They tell you to apply 3 months ahead of time.
That’s a whole new Learning Curve I will need to hike up.
The good news:
I’ve been blessed with excellent health, so that takes away much of the stress that folks with chronic conditions go through if they have to change providers or find themselves stuck with higher payments.
