They’re arabs, mostly bedouin too in origins. A reason their skin is not always darker than could or should be is because they don’t do manual work out in the hot sun there. The Saudi royals & ruling class are way too pampered.
I was speaking of local Arabs that see no more manual labor, nor sun than the Saud royals. Accountants, doctors, engineers, etc.
