Why do legal entities need to expend enormous amounts of money on legal fees to fight morons who make laws that are unconstitutional? That is simply wrong. Even if a governmental entity, it should be made to cover the legal costs when losing, and also discipline the offending moron(s) up to and including loss of job and property.
