I am not going conspiratorial on this. At least in the same direction as you guys.
This could be nothing more than a Chamber of Commerce Lead Development project to supply marketing data to Kirby, Bissell, and Hoover to find out who may need better housekeeping tools?
Of course, while the cops are sampling indoor pollution, they can also check the fridge and pantry for unhealthy foodstuffs, monitor the weight of everyone in the home, check Gamers, TV program selection, time spent on FReep, and check for firearms.
