Apple Valley seemed familiar when seeing the headline the first time. Can’t imagine it’s such a huge city that I’d know anything about it. Has it been mentioned on FR before?
Apple Valley is part of the Twin Cities metro - 3 million people. It’s a suburb, definitely not rural at all.
