Recent developments involving the Islamic Republic of Iran can fairly be characterized as grave. Iran has announced that it has begun construction on two more nuclear plants, and the authorities have imprisoned a Washington Post journalist on mysterious charges.

What exactly was President Obama suggesting when he said opposition to his Iran policy is due to “donors”? No one would say opposition to his Russia policy is due to ‘donors,’ or his Cuba policy is due to “donors,” or his general foreign policy is due to “donors.” So why did President Obama single out those who seek tougher sanctions on Iran and say their viewpoints are based on “donors”?
The threat Iran poses to Israel and the western world is a national security issue. Attributing opposition to his Iran policy to the views of “donors” is an inappropriate statement and it underplays the serious threat that Iran represents.

Obama is bewildered that the Congress elected by the American people does not agree that if medieval lunatic mullahs who are fond of making apocalyptic threats obtain nuclear weapons, that somehow this is in the best interest of the American people.

It is long past time for wealthy Jewish donors to the Democrats start demanding a quid pro quo for their support. As things are now, the Democrats are becoming more and more antisemitic, even giving up on the bizarre rationalization that they “like Jews, just hate Israel”, and admitting they hate both.
The donors would not be making the usual demands for something that benefits them; but in this case, it is a demand that the Democrats move away from their hatred of Jews and Israel.
It may already be too late. More and more Democrats are “coming out of the closet” as bitter antisemites.
It makes plenty of sense for the affirmative action Hitler, Barack Hussein Obama's loathing of the Jews. Obama can also take the votes of the Jews for granted. Jim Baker once said about the Jews, "f... em (read without the elipses). They don't vote for us anyway." Obama and the rest of the Democrats can say about members of my tribe f... em (again read without the ellipses). They'll vote for us no matter what.

So what else is new? Trope has been going on for centuries - that Jews are manipulating governments behind the scenes in order to advance their own selfish interests (Obama also referred to “special interests,” as well as “donors,” who were manipulating the Senators on Iran).
So - if you oppose his Iran policy, you’re a Jew lover, in thrall to the Jewish conspiracy. Ho hum. Can’t Obama think of something more original in support of his policy, rather than traditional Jew baiting?
