And then you have to discount the numbers because of the dearth in cars in South Chicago Neighborhoods. The people there have to “resort” to guns to do their killing.
Suicides are usually more than 50% of gun related deaths.
And, at least a thousand gun deaths per year are ruled to be self-defense.
Race is the biggest factor in USA gun murders.
The FBI statistics count all Hispanic murderers as “white.”
When Hispanics are subtracted, white Americans commit gun murders at just a slightly higher rate than white citizens of Switzerland.
Yeah, what about justified homicide? What a bunch of horsecrap.
.. And the suicides, because frankly if someone wants to whack themselves, that they use a gun is not on the gun.
I would subtract the suicides to the thug/drug related deaths also.
