We got tired of waiting for Dish to get Fox back, which we knew they would do eventually, and we got Direct TV on Sunday. AS far as the price, our Dish bill was much higher than our Direct bill.

If you mean local stations, Dish / Direct TV only give you a small fraction of them...cable may not even carry them all.

I have an HDTV antennae for my local channels. I have Roku 3.
If I want to watch Fox News, I can easily do so online or through clips on the Roku Channel.
Anybody who pays for cable or satellite are fools.
