Indeed, Jesus told the truth about false gods (the god that the Pharisees and Sadducees were peddling - their warped view and teachings about God). The false god the Pharisees and Sadducees were peddling was a twisting of the scriptures about the true God that Jesus was teaching about.

Same God, but Jesus had Him right, while they didn’t. Nonetheless, by getting it wrong, what the Pharisees and Sadducees were doing was in effect peddling a false god.

But I don’t remember Jesus ever mocking any god. I don’t believe that doing so will lead anyone to hell, but if you are going to do this, then be willing to have your own religion be mocked in the name of going full-bore on free speech.

Did Jesus say (John 13:34-35) “Love one another as I have loved you”?

If so, was He saying this just about/concerning our brothers and sisters in the Lord -— or everyone?

In Luke 6:32 he said “If you only love those who love you, what reward is there for you in heaven?”

So all of this lines up with “So in everything, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

You either go full bore, or you don’t. There is no in between.

“...then be willing to have your own religion be mocked in the name of going full-bore on free speech.”

We already are willing, we’ve been willing for centuries, and nothing has changed. Mock away.

You seem to have this silly notion that we should be required to join in and mock everyone, but I think the fact that you are the only person embracing that idea might tell you something about how sensible it is.
