Yep. And THAT is why Israel is still there. The Muslims know it. The gentile nations around Israel have much of the time had more fear of Israel’s God than His own people. If the Nation of Israel were compliant with God’s will, they would be untouchable. But historically, as human nature is, they dance between over confidence in their specialness with dangerously secular and idolatrous behavior, and humiliating defeat. And whoa to any nation that contributes to that defeat, as their come uppins are assured.
