So if Obama wants to run businesses, big or small, then he must first do the following. He must lead Congress to propose a business amendment to the Constitution to the states. And if the states choose to ratify Obamas amendment then the feds will have the constitutional authority that they need to regulate intrastate businesses and Obama will be a hero.
Your point is valid. However, as of today it’s now legal to travel to Cuba and buy stuff with your credit card. I don’t know why they stipulated that. Could it be because the official boycott mentions cash since credit cards weren’t around back then? If not, he just did something he needs congress’ approval on.
