Still trying to figure out why the sign includes Ryan Elementary (taped over)...
It is an event sign. Not sure why that would be more protected than a bike derby or garage sale sign left in the public space.
Yeppers, the same goes for any other sign, they should all be treated equally; except for vulgarity.
